Eating as a family has so many added benefits
Quality family time; time for talking, laughters, discussions, which can lead to problems being solved which then leads to better sleep.....
A must though - Turn off the telly and let your child tell you about their day.
By eating with your children, you are demonstrating the importance of a healthy diet.
Obesity rates have been reduced in families that eat together.
